For years I believed the only way to stay organised in the kitchen was to meal plan or batch cook.

But when life got busy, those systems stopped working.

Food was being wasted. Money was disappearing on takeaways. And dinnertime felt stressful.

I needed a completely different way to approach meals to give me flexibility, variety and control in the kitchen again.
