I fell in love with my freezer after being seriously ill in my early 20s, but it was in 2019 that I realised how powerful our home freezers really can be. By freezing individual items of food instead of letting them go in the bin we can save so much food, time and money. I set up The Full Freezer to share what I have learnt and encourage others to use their freezers more effectively. I love creating content, cooking, singing (badly!) and hanging out with my family.

I know exactly what it's like to not have enough food. I was a single parent for many years and it's that experience that sparked the flame to light the fire that is our wonderful community here at Free My Meal.
