Feel in control of your kitchen.
Rid yourself of food waste guilt.
Save a FORTUNE

Discover the secret that will change how you plan, shop and cook, forever.

I've coined a new phrase that I call 'Kitchen Dread'

You know, that urgggh feeling you get most days when you step into the kitchen (even if you were once the person who 'loved to cook')

Here's what I mean...

  • It's that feeling of guilt when you look in the fridge and bendy carrots are staring right back at you (while you remember your parents telling you people across the world are starving)...  You feel bad for letting them get past their best, but then you keep them in the fridge in the hope that something magical will happen. Only when they’ve gone REALLY bad do they get relegated to the bin, leaving you with that deep guilt for letting the healthy food you bought with good intentions go to waste AGAIN.

  • It’s planning what you’re going to cook throughout the week, but your boss then throws you a curveball, or your partner calls to say they’re working late, or your kids declare YUCK when you tell them what’s on the menu. And you wonder why the heck you bothered making a plan in the first place.

  • It’s going to cook a meal, only to discover one of the key ingredients has gone bad, and now you’ve got to traipse back to the shop, or give in to the temptation to just order take away and then secretly hate yourself because you were trying to save money and eat healthier.

  • It’s realising that you forgot to take the meat out of the freezer to defrost AGAIN, so you have to buy more fresh and accidentally pick up at least nine random items that you didn’t really need right now (and you’ve walked out of the supermarket with another £50 receipt and a pit in your stomach because you’ve totally blown your food budget).

  • It’s cooking the same five meals on repeat, because your brain is fried by 5pm and its easiest to just buy and make the same thing over and over, even though the monotony is sucking all of the joy out of your life.

  • It’s accidentally cooking more than you need, and tucking it away in the fridge, but then promptly forgetting it exists and binning it at the end of the week because you weren’t quite sure if it was safe to eat anyway.

  • It’s wanting to eat well and cook from scratch, but feeling totally overwhelmed by the fact that cooking is never just cooking. It’s the planning, shopping, prep, AND cooking, and no one at home seems to understand how exhausting it is to keep on top of it EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.

The truth is that while ‘Kitchen Dread’ is something we might joke about, feeling constantly overwhelmed in the kitchen and wasting food in a cost-of-living crisis is a serious problem

35% of UK adults say they’re too tired to make healthy lifestyle changes - including cooking, and this is having a substantial impact on quality of life.

According to Prof. Tim Jackson, Surrey University, who has studied the implications  “When we factor in the health impacts, we discover that the true cost of an unhealthy diet is more than three times what we think we’re paying for our food.

Food prices have also been skyrocketing over the past few years, and are expected to continue to climb (forecasts suggest another 4.2% rise in the second half of 2025), and although this may have influenced shopper' buying decisions, it hasn’t necessarily curbed food waste.

When The Waste Resources Action Programme shared their ‘UK Food Waste & Food Surplus – Key Facts’ report back in 2022, the average 4-person household was wasting £730 a year throwing away food.

Fast forward, and that figure has now hit £1000

As a nation, we are throwing away 6.4 million tonnes of food from our homes every year, which makes-up 60% of the total 10.7 million tonnes; more than on-farm, hospitality and food service and manufacturing put together.

And, globally we waste one-third of all food produced.

And when we waste food, we’re not just wasting our money, we’re wasting all of the resources that went into producing, packaging and transporting that food, and causing significant damage to the environment through the methane produced when our food is left to rot.

I’m not trying to make you feel even worse about your food waste here (I’ve been where you’ve been, and I know all too well that the guilt is bad enough without even considering the environmental impact).

But, knowing this is important, because it means that if you take action and shift one little habit to reduce your food waste, not only could you save yourself some serious money and improve your health, but you would become a genuine eco-hero, making a significant difference to a substantial global problem.

In fact, Project Drawdown (a leading nonprofit research organisation) found that reducing food waste is one of the single most impactful climate actions that we can take.

So, what if you could take back control of your kitchen and not only feel more peaceful and organised, but save money, time and mental load too - in a way that is sustainable and easy?

No more thinking to yourself:

“Why can’t I just make a plan and stick to it? Everyone else just seems to find this so EASY”

“I can’t believe I’m having to throw away half of the fridge AGAIN. I really need to buy less, but then what if we run out? I am so exhausted by trying to guess how much food we need.”

“I don’t know how I can justify buying all this fresh fruit and veg when half of it just ends up in the bin”

“I am so bored of everything we eat, why can’t I just be more creative. I just wish I could actually remember to buy the ingredients to make something new.”

“I’m not even enjoying this take away, I am so frustrated that I wasn’t more organised to cook something fresh”

“I just wish I could find the time to cook from scratch in the evenings. I just cannot bring myself to pull out a chopping board.”

Imagine feeling calm and controlled in the kitchen in less than 30 days...

  • Feel delightfully chilled out about mealtimes, because you’ve always got a stash of healthy (and kid-friendly!) ingredients tucked away, ready to use at a moment’s notice, without any waste.

  • Not needing to plan anything, and being able to change what you’re cooking with the blink of an eye because you can press pause on what you don’t need, and have endless easy alternative options available right there in your kitchen (even if most of the time you're a short order cook, preparing 3 different meals to suit palates of your chalk and cheese fussy children).

  • Never having dinner foiled by a mouldy or missing ingredient again, instead knowing that you have everything that you need, and even if you didn’t you’ve got the stock there to make something else delicious, if needs be.

  • Knowing how you can defrost your food quickly AND safely and have your meal on the table in less time, so you can reduce unnecessary ‘popping to the shops’ and impulse buys, and actually save money on food and groceries like you planned.

  • With the ability to re-discover the joy of variety, even if you’ve had a long day at work, and not everyone in the house is willing to eat the same thing.

  • And confidently able to use your leftovers; so much so that you come to LOVE them and often make ‘a little extra’ just so you’ve got them there for an instant meal another time.

  • So you can ditch the planning, and separate out the shopping, prep and cooking, giving you greater flexibility and headspace, and the option to delegate parts of the process, because it doesn’t all need to be tackled in one go. You finally have the confidence and flexibility in the kitchen to feel in control without being constantly overwhelmed.

Full Freezer-280.jpg

Spoiler alert: You most likely have the secret weapon to achieve all of this right there in your kitchen; you're just not using it to its full potential.

By combining one piece of tech, with a method that has been tried and tested, you can radically overhaul how you currently plan, cook, shop and live (for the better!) - even if you've tried meal planning and batch cooking and all the other hacks before.

Full Freezer-233.jpg

Sound too good to be true?

I get it.

Because chances are you’ve already tried (and failed) to meal plan.

Or you’ve saved thirty-billion recipes but never managed to actually cook any of them.

Or you’ve attempted to batch cook, but ended up with a stack of unidentifiable boxes that are no more appealing than the idea of pulling out a chopping board after a long day at work.

The Truth...

... is that you can absolutely take control of your kitchen, save money and put an end to throwing food away every week, even if it all feels too overwhelming right now.

But here’s the deal.

Despite what people will tell you, meal planning and batch cooking are not the answer.

Sure, these are brilliant if they suit your personality and the phase of life that you’re in.

But if they don’t, you’re just going to feel even more overwhelmed and frustrated that you cannot make them work for you.

What you really need is a pause button. The ability to just slow things down so that you have the time to think, and the control to make what you want, when you want it.

No strict schedule or dedicated days to fill up the freezer.

No more wasted food and guilt-filled takeaways.

Just the knowledge and skills that put you in the driving seat.

Wondering how on earth you can get this?

“I did Kate’s course and I have to say it’s been incredibly useful. It’s not something that I would have ever thought that I needed, but I am SO glad I did it.

It has changed the way I think about preparing and cooking food, and I have definitely saved money and wasted less since doing the course. I’m more confident about what to do with food that I know we’re not going to eat in time, and I’ve got loads of ideas now about what to do with it. I would recommend the course to anyone."

“I’ve really appreciated the shift in attitude which helps me prep food we won’t use, pop it in the freezer, and know I have easy ingredients ready for a quick dinner, it is slowly revolutionising our dinners.”

Inside Your Full Freezer - From Spoiled to Saved...

... You’ll be led through the phases that will take your freezer from an unloved wasteland of good intentions, to a treasure trove of saved ingredients.

Is 'The Full Freezer Method' Really Any Good?

Don't take my word for it, here's what those who've tried The Full Freezer Method have to say...

Want to know how the transformation happens?

Read on for the steps to transform how you manage food at home...

The Foundations

When you sign up for Your Full Freezer – From Spoiled to Saved, you’ll be welcomed into the programme and instantly receive the first phase of The Full Freezer Method.

This foundational step doesn’t just get you started — it gently begins rewiring the way you think about getting food on the table. You’ll start by uncovering what’s actually not working in your current routine — and it may not be what you think.

Are there invisible patterns sabotaging your best intentions? Could some tiny tweaks change everything?

What you discover in this phase will lay the groundwork for everything that follows — so you can finally move toward stress-free cooking with clarity, confidence, and a strategy that sticks.

Week One - The Clear Down

Week Two – Building Your Stash

This is the phase that changes everything.

You’re about to unlock the true power of your freezer — and chances are, it’s been hiding in plain sight all along. Most people think freezing is about leftovers and batch cooking... but they’re missing the real magic. This is where you step into the next level.

You’ll uncover the simple, strategic tweaks that can radically transform how you plan, shop, cook — and even how you feel at dinnertime. Expect a few lightbulb moments (and possibly a “Why didn’t I do this sooner?” or two).

There are pitfalls here that most people never see coming — but don’t worry, I’ll walk you straight past them.

You won’t just build a stash — you’ll build a system. One that keeps delivering time, headspace, and ease week after week.

Week Three – Using Your Stash

Building your stash is powerful — but now comes the part where it really starts to pay off.

Because let’s be honest: it’s one thing to freeze well... it’s another to know exactly how (and when) to use what you’ve got with total confidence. That’s where most people get stuck — and where everything changes for you.

Still second-guessing defrosting? Unsure what’s safe, what’s delicious, or how to turn those frozen ingredients into dinner in minutes? This module clears all that up — and then some.

You’ll discover simple tools, smart habits, and little-known tricks to help you use your stash without hesitation — and without falling back into the dinnertime rut.

What opens up next is a kind of kitchen freedom most people don’t even know is possible:

Eat what you fancy, when you fancy it — no plan required.

Use your freezer like a second pantry (where food doesn’t go off so fast).
Never face the “what’s for dinner?” dread again.

And the best part? This new rhythm isn’t about doing more — it’s about knowing more, so you can do less.

Week Four – Don’t Freeze Up & What the Heck Can You Freeze Anyway?

This is where it all clicks into place.

In this final phase, we’ll tackle the sneaky hurdles that still trip people up — even when they think they’ve got the hang of it. From hesitation to habit-breaking, we’ll get to the root of what’s really holding you back from using your freezer like the powerhouse it’s meant to be.

Because freezing everything isn’t the goal — freezing smart is. You’ll learn exactly how to prep and store your food before it even touches the freezer, so it actually works for your life (not the other way around).

We’ll also bust open the question:
“Wait… can I even freeze that?”

Spoiler: you’ll be surprised by what’s fair game — and how much further your stash can go.

Finally, we’ll circle back to the challenges you pinpointed when you started, so you can confidently apply everything you’ve learned and lock in a system that fits your kitchen, your routine, and your version of sanity.

Still not sure if Your Full Freezer
is the right fit for you?

Full Freezer-128.jpg

If you can nod your head to any of the following, consider us the perfect match...

  • You are sick of feeling guilty about the amount of food you are throwing away every week

  • You want to save £500 - £1000 per year (or more!)

  • You are looking for a solution that doesn’t just save you money but also saves you time and stress

  • You know your freezer could be working harder for you, you’re just not sure where to start

  • You want a less stressful way to manage the diets and demands of your family

  • You want to be able to enjoy the foods you love even if you’re just cooking for yourself

On the other hand, Your Full Freezer isn’t for you if…

If you love buying takeaways regularly and have no desire to cook from scratch

You hate frozen food, and you’re not willing to explore how it might be able to work for you

You don’t have access to a fully functioning freezer

Now you might be thinking...

“I know I need to change things, but I am so so busy, I really don’t have time right now”

I get it. Life is BUSY. And that's exactly what The Full Freezer Method is here to help you with. If you give me an hour or two, once a week for 4 weeks, my method will help give you back hours of your time, every week for the rest of your life.

You'll save time thinking about food.

You'll save time planning food.

You'll save time going to the shops again.

You'll save time cooking.

Time you could spend relaxing after a hard day, time spent with your kids, or your friend. Time to do the stuff you actually want to do. You know, the really precious stuff.

And the benefit isn’t just to you, because these are skills you can teach your kids (or your parents!), so that they can be calm, in control and confident in the kitchen too. Armed with the knowledge to avoid food waste and keep a handle on their budget, whilst also enjoying the foods they love and staying safe.

Or you might be thinking...

“Sounds good, but my family and friends are going to think I’ve gone mad”

I’ll confess, in the early days of The Full Freezer Method, I got a lot of funny looks. One journalist asked me if my friends thought I was bonkers. But what I teach in this course has literally saved me thousands of pounds over the last 5 years, and will continue to for the rest of my life.

According to the Waste Resources Action Programme (WRAP) in their ‘UK Food Waste & Food Surplus’ report, the average family wastes £1000 of edible food EVERY YEAR.

That’s £83 every month that you don’t take action.

So, what’s more bonkers and more expensive?

Continuing to throw food in the bin every week for the rest of your life?

Or investing a bit of time and money now, to learn something that will transform your life, save you money and dramatically reduce your stress around cooking every day?

Plus, if you want to prove to the naysayers just how valuable this is, you can use your bonus savings tracker to keep a record of just how much you have saved!

Frequently Asked Questions

- How long will it take to watch the training videos?

The videos vary in length, but are all split into easy-to-watch chunks with chapter markers so you can easily find key information if you want to revisit them. In total it’ll take less than 6.5 hours, or 3 and a quarter if you watch the videos on x2 speed.

- How fast will I see results?

You'll start to see results within weeks!

- I’ve already tried meal planning and batch cooking and they didn’t work for me. What makes this different?

Whereas batch cooking and meal planning require time and planning to execute, The Full Freezer Method is all about pressing pause on foods that would otherwise go to waste, and then making sure you actually use them (and that it’s easy to do so). It’s all about using those little pockets of time, and using your freezer in a smarter way so that you don’t HAVE to plan, or spend hours in the kitchen prepping.

- Do I NEED to join the community?

If you would prefer to go solo there is no obligation to join the private Facebook community, but this has been intentionally included to help you take action and get as much benefit as possible from the course, including answering any questions you have.

If you don’t have a Facebook account but would like to join the community, I really encourage you to set up a temporary account. You could use a Memoji or other cartoon as your profile picture, and as long as your email address matches the one that you signed up to the course with then you will receive access. You can then delete the account as soon as the community activity ends after four weeks.

- I really want to do this, but I'm not sure how to explain the cost to my partner

I totally get this, as I doubt that this is something that you have budgeted for, and it might feel like an indulgence. The reality is though, that if you are the person responsible for all of the food planning, shopping and cooking, you have a huge burden on you, not to mention also shouldering the guilt of your regular food waste. If you know that your household is wasting a lot of food, and you are feeling exhausted juggling all that goes into getting food on the table, then something needs to change.

Could you change it all by yourself? Maybe. But if that's the case, then you've got to question why you haven't made the changes that you need to? I think we both already know the answer to that question - it's because it's hard to change habits that you've had for years (whilst sprinting on the treadmill we call life with a coffee in one hand and a toddler on your hip), and you don't aways know what you don't know. To step into change, often all we need is encouragement, accountability and someone who knows the way; even better when it's someone who has been in your shoes and understands.

So the way I would approach the conversation, would be to express that you are concerned about the amount of food that is going to waste regularly, and how much this might be costing, but you have found a programme to help solve this - potentially making your money back in saved food within a month or two. The clear down challenge alone could save you the course cost on your food bill in the next month!

And to back this up, one of your bonuses is the '£1k Savvy Saved Foods Tracker', which will help you keep an eye on just how much you're saving so that you can see it working in real time!

- Is there any kit that I NEED to have to complete the course?

The only thing you NEED to have is access to a fully-functioning freezer (take a look inside for the symbol shown below - this means that you can use it to freeze fresh food).

Although even if you don’t have this you would still benefit from the food safety knowledge and how to store fresh foods to make them last longer.

I do take you through other items that you need in the course content, but most people will be able to get started with things they have around the house (e.g. baking trays, baking parchment).

- I have another question that isn’t answered here

I’d love to hear from you; please use this contact form.

Psst... one more thing before you go

If you’re feeling tired and overwhelmed and just wish you could press pause, you’re not alone.

Adulting is HARD, and the things we’ve been taught are the ‘solutions’ simply do not work for everyone.

The Full Freezer Method emerged from two incredibly dark and difficult phases in my life. From illness in my early twenties when batch cooked meals were a comfort blanket and a safety net, to maternity leave and tight budgets forcing me to develop this whole new approach that required less brain power and time.

I know how you feel, because I’ve been there, and everything I share is shared with love. No judgement, no making you feel worse about where you’re at, just kind words of advice and support that I wish someone could have shared with me all those years ago.

You are exactly where you need to be right now, and I’ve got your back.

Let’s take a deep breath together and change your life for good.
